Bellingham Flatbread

Not far from downtown Bellingham is a little gem of a bakery. If you aren't careful, you might drive right past it. Bellingham Flatbread offers a good selection of gfree baked goods.

Their muffins are tasty, and their turnovers are to die for. They offer different savoury breads which are best eaten fresh. I enjoy cooking with their breadcrumbs, as a nice alternative to the mainstream packaged ones.
